Armenian Tomato Salad or MARASH SALATA/Aghtzan
Ingredients:-
4 tomatoes, diced
4 sprigs of parsley, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
salt to taste
Toss together and serve cold.
Serves 4
