Karaage Chicken, Fried Chicken (Japanese)


Ingredients for serving 4
: 600g Boneless Chicken leg
: 15g chopped garlic
: 15g chopped or grated ginger
: 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
: 1 or 2 tbsp Sake or White wine
: 1 tbsp Sugar
: 1/2 cup Flour
: 3 tbsp Corn starch or Potato starch

Ingredients for Karaage sauce
: 70ml Soy sauce
: 2 tbsp Sugar
: 1 tbsp (Rice) Vinegar
: 1 tbsp Sake
: A little bit of sesame oil
