Sea Bass ia a fish commonly used in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisines. It is also commonly called Suzuki and Japanese seaperch.

Mince Beef with Mushrooms

1) Peel the schalotte and cut in small dices. Peel the mushrooms and cut in stripes.

2) Melt the butter in a frying pan. Put the Schalotte in and fry until soft. Add the mince beef and fry until brown. Add the mushrooms and fry until the start softening. Then add the Pepper, Thyme and Vegtable stock.

3) Add the white wine and simmer until white wine is nearly completly gone. Make sure this is done on a low heat as otherwise you might burn the beef and mushrooms. Chop the Parsley.

4) Add the Creme Fraiche and Parsley to the pan and if necessary some salt.

If it needs to be a quick meal cook with pasta. If you have some time cook potatoes before you start preparing this dish. Slice them and fry them (during you prepare the sauce) in a second frying pan until golden brown.

Main Ingredients of a freshly made
Caesar Salad:
Romaine Lettuce (or cos lettuce)
freshly prepared Croutons
freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (or lime juice)
Olive oil
raw or coddled Egg yolk
fresh crushed garlic
fresh ground black pepper
wine vinegar
Worcestershire sauce

Coddled eggs are gently or lightly cooked eggs.
