Grilled Brie with Mango and Raspberries Recipe



INGREDIENTS: 1 untreated cedar plank (about 15x6 inches) 1 small round (4 1/2 oz) Brie cheese 1/2 cup diced mango 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1/2 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt 2 tablespoons honey 10 slices (1/4 inch thick) baguette French bread DIRECTIONS: 1. Soak cedar plank in water at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat gas or charcoal grill. 2. Remove plank from water. Place cheese (in rind) on plank. Spoon mango and raspberries over cheese. Sprinkle with salt. 3. Place plank with cheese on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is warm. 4. Remove plank from grill.
